Feng Shui – you may look at your home merely as a place of shelter and to safely store your possessions. However your home can and should be so much more than this. By working with the principals of fend shui your home can become a place to rest your soul and an ally in creating the life you want.
Feng shui looks at energy flow in and around your home, the placement of possessions and maps out different life areas. If yo find you are constantly struggling with money issues you might find that the wealth area in your home is clutter and an organised. Or if you have trouble finding your special someone if could be that your home is a constant reminder of your single status.
If there is an area in your life that is not going to plan then you might want to look at the area in your house that most corresponds to that life issue.
For example when I was setting up this business I had trouble doing any work in my office. I could work on my laptop in other areas of the house but for some reason I had great resistance to actually working in my office. I knew in my heart and soul that this business was exactly what I wanted to be doing and what I was meant to be doing but I was procrastinating about getting it started.
To many of my family and friends what I do is a little out there. They just don’t understand it. So there 
was some fear in me about standing in my power and speaking my truth and let the world know just exactly what I do, who I am and what I believe.
With a little investigation into the life area that my office is in I discovered that it is the fame area of my house. The fame area is about being seen , your reputation and how the world views your and what you do. The fame area is directed by the element of fire – which is also about your visibility and being seen in the world. So subconsciously I was avoiding moving my business forward and being in the fame area of my home.
To help my get over this fear I did a couple of things. I put a picture of a sunrise (representing fire) in my the fame area of my lounge room. I then declutter and space cleared my office and activated different sections of it that would help me over come my fear. I activated the fame area, the career area, the ancestors area and the helpful people area. I also started working on my third chakra (for personal power and courage) and my fifth chakra (which is all about speaking out and communicating your higher truth).
The result as you see is me stepping into my truth and power and no longer being afraid to tell the world who I truly am.
The combination of feng shui alignment with chakra work is truly powerful and when the timing is right it can rapidly move your life forward..
