Be your own best friend
It is time to become more aware of your own self talk. How many times do you tell yourself you’re “not good enough” or “a loser” or you’re never going to be able to do something. If you spoke to your friends the way you talk to yourself they would not be your friends for very long.
We are usually are own worst critics. So start to tune into your inner voice. If you hear yourself saying something that wouldn’t say to your best friend then replace whatever you have been saying with something far more uplifting and supportive. And watch your self-esteem soar,
